After two years, Cole (Judah Lewis) still can't seem to get his former babysitter Bee (Samara Weaving) out of his mind. It doesn't matter if she was part of a satanic cult that tried to kill him - he still misses her. This is where Killer Queen, the sequel to 2017's The Babysitter horror-comedy picks up.
Now in high school, Cole is determined to move on with his life after the trauma of two years ago, but he can't seem to shake it. `Everybody thinks I'm crazy,` he says in today's trailer. `But, I miss her.` Thankfully, one person is on Cole's side. His best friend, Melanie (Emily Alyn Lind), insists he's not crazy and invites Cole to a getaway weekend at the lake.
The two zoom off in Melanie's dad's car and soon settle down at a cabin with their other friends, where everything is going just as Cole hoped. He even makes out with Melanie in a closet! But the fantasy doesn't last, and it quickly turns into a nightmare with the arrival of a few faces Cole had hoped to never see again. With a taunting, `We're back!` and an impromptu, gory murder, Max (Robbie Amell), John (Andrew Bachelor), Allison (Bella Thorne) and Sonya (Hana Mae Lee) stroll through the door.
Leslie Bibb and Ken Marino are back as Cole's parents, and we may just get another fan favorite from the first Babysitter film. After watching today's trailer, it looks like Bee isn't gone for good, either, and she just might stop by for a brief cameo in the sequel.
The Babysitter: Killer Queen comes to Netflix Sept. 10. Watch the full trailer in the video above.
