One song from this phenomenal film has been `One Rainy Day`, which depicts the lead character of the film, Maria Von Trapp, lyrically telling the children about how she faces her fears by thinking of the most favourite things of hers. And just like the original song Shirley Serban dubbed it to create the funny version of the song titled 'The Sound of a pandemic'. Apt for the coronavirus pandemic situation it describes how people are dealing with it, Watching movies on Netflix, exploring new skills, working from home, being lazy when there's nowhere to be at etc. Check out the video -
Till now the song has got more than 25K likes on YouTube since it is bone tickling hilarious and relatable. The Sound of a pandemic also takes a dig at people not bothering to do normal daily life things like dressing up, and instead roaming around in pajamas all day on weekdays as well as weekends. Adding on to the layman's lifestyle vignette Shirley Serban talks of ironically watching and admiring fashion statements from the show `Keeping Up With Kardashians`, that makes the listeners go LOL. By the end of the song, it tells us to patiently wait for the vaccine, stay in and safe.
