Lady Gaga has become the third artist in the 16-year history of the US Mainstream Top 40 airplay chart to collect three # 1 songs from a debut album.
The single "LoveGame" takes the #1 spot following "Just Dance" and "Poker Face" from the album The Fame .
The trio have sold 1,162,000 to date in the US, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
Lady Gaga joins Ace Of Base and Avril Lavigne in accomplishing the triumphant triple play.
On the Billboard Hot 100, "Just Dance" spent three weeks at #1, and "Poker Face" led for one week.
The Fame has now shipped over 1.8m albums (for UMGI) and peaked at #1 on the Billboard European Album chart and in a further five UMGI markets.
The album has been certified x4 Platinum in Ireland, x2 Platinum in Australia, New Zealand and UK, Platinum in Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, South Africa and Switzerland, and Gold in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Sweden and Taiwan.
"Pokerface" peaked at #1 in 11 UMGI markets and was also #1 for 15 consecutive weeks on the Billboard European single chart.
Lady Gaga has recently toured Australia, New Zealand and Asia and is currently on a headline European and UK tour finishing in Stockholm on August 2nd.
