A woman accusing Colin Farrell of stalking her has been given a month to serve the Irish actor with the
lawsuit notice properly or risk having to give up her case against him.
Desarrae Bradford, who appeared in a court in Santa Monica, California, reportedly hadn't followed the
correct procedure to bring about the case against Farrell, reported the Internet Media Database.
Bradford filed a handwritten lawsuit against Farrell in September, alleging that the "Alexander" star
pestered her with phone calls and accused him of harassment and stalking.
Bradford was given one month to properly serve Farrell, or the case will be dismissed, the judge said.
The accuser is demanding $5,000 from the star. Farrell's representatives insist the Irishman has never even
met Bradford.
