"Friends" star David Schwimmer will spend some months in London as he is set to act the lead role in a
play to be staged in London's West End theatre.
Schwimmer, 38, is slated to act in "Some Girls", where he will play an emotionally crippled womaniser who
decides to get engaged but first has to pay a visit to four former girlfriends, reported Sky News.
The play will be staged in May, for which the star - who is also directing former "Friends" co-star Matt
LeBlanc's solo TV show "Joey" - will start rehearsing in April.
"I've always dreamed of doing a play in London. It's about relationships and the choices people make,
learning to live with those choices and recovering from the damage done when those choices go wrong,"
Schwimmer said.
