Filmmaker Baz Luhrmann's scrapped "Alexander the Great" movie may be made after all - after the disappointing response to Oliver Stone's "Alexander", reported the Internet Media Database.

The two films were due to go head to head at the box office until Luhrmann's movie - due to star Leonardo DiCaprio and Nicole Kidman - was delayed and then axed in November last year.
