The 32-year-old actress, who has put her four-storey West Village house for sale, has drawn a lengthy agreement for viewers to sign, reported the New York Post.

However, the contract didn't scare off an equally famous couple - her "Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow" co-star Jude Law and Sienna Miller, who were recently seen checking out the $7.8 million property.
