Pop diva Britney Spears has revealed she will only start a family when she's ready to quit the pop world - because she wants to be a full-time mum.

"To be a really good mom, I feel your child needs to be your full-time job, so it would have to be at the right time," the 23-year-old singer was quoted as saying by the Sun newspaper.

"I want to share all of those precious moments with them and not rely on nannies."

The "Lucky" singer, who wed dancer Kevin Federline, 27, in a private ceremony in September, has been raving about starting a family ever since.
