Bruce Willis will star in the legal action-thriller "16 Blocks," Daily Variety said Tuesday.
The paper said the project will pair Willis with "Lethal Weapon" director Richard Donner -- in Donner's first movie since his 2003 adaptation of Michael Chrichton's
"Timeline."
In "16 Blocks," Willis will play a veteran cop who faces action while accompanying a suspect to a courthouse.Production is scheduled to begin this summer in New York.
