Renee Zellweger has settled down with Irish singer Damien Rice, the Internet Media Database reports.

The couple had been secretly dating for a while, but their romance hit the public eye with the "Bridget Jones: The Edge Of Reason" star asking the shy singer to accompany her to the Oscars last month.

Rice instead preferred to keep a low profile and stayed in Zellweger's Los Angeles mansion watching the event on TV.

The website also said that Rice, whose ballads feature in hit movie "Closer", hasn't left the Texan beauty's side since.

"He's been staying with her since February, but it's all very low key. They have been totally avoiding the whole party scene, keeping themselves to themselves. It definitely looks serious," a friend was quoted as saying.
