"Crazy In Alabama" star Melanie Griffith's "headache" may have cost her nine-year-old daughter, Stella, a
slot at the prestigious Dalton School.
The erratic actress was supposed to meet an admissions adviser for her daughter's admission into the
picky private school, but she showed up a day late, reported the New York Post.
The Post said the actress - who had explained away a cast on her foot during the Oscars saying, "I got
mad and kicked a door" - ordered an underling to wake her up to drive her to the school the next day.
