Liz Hurley will make the perfect wife and Indian Arun Nayar will be "lucky" if he weds her, says a woman friend of the stunning model-turned-actress.

According to Birgit Cunningham, a friend and former flat mate of Liz, businessman Nayar would indeed be a lucky man if he asked Liz to be his bride, reported the Internet portal Femalefirst.

Liz is said to like nothing better than a spot of cooking, cleaning and decorating, the friend was quoted as saying.

She said: "I think anyone would be lucky to have Liz as his wife. She was like a mother hen to the two of us who shared (the flat) with her in Los Angeles. She certainly doesn't go partying the whole time. Her big things were re-upholstering, furniture, reading and cooking."
