A celebrity photographer has been ordered to give his DNA sample to police to compare with those found on a listening device in Oscar winner Nicole Kidman's Australian
home.
Photographer Jamie Fawcett was asked by police for his DNA sample after the bug was found in January outside the star's Sydney harbour side home during a security
search ahead of her return to the country, reported the portal Ireland Online.
Earlier this year, Kidman was granted a restraining order against Fawcett and another Sydney photographer, Ben McDonald, after claiming the pair were hounding her so
much she was afraid to leave her home. The order was later lifted.
Fawcett, who has not been charged with any offence, had earlier refused to give police a DNA sample.
His lawyer said they would appeal the ruling.
