Oscar winner Hilary Swank and her husband Chad Lowe are set to turn their favourite indoor group game - celebrity charades - into a new TV series.
The couple have sold their parlour game idea to cable network AMC for the show "Celebrity Charades" that will feature them and other fans of the silent-clue game, such as
Philip Seymour Hoffman, Rosie Perez and moviemaker Peter Bogdanovich, reports the Internet Media Database.
Lowe, who will co-host the show with "Gosford Park" star Bob Balaban, is producing the series with Swank.
In the show, 10 celebrities will compete against one another in a game of movie-themed charades, with each star playing to raise money for his or her chosen
charity.
Six 30-minute episodes are set to air on five consecutive nights beginning on June, with each episode also to feature the celebrities having dinner and mingling between
rounds.
