Whitney Houston, who was ordered to undergo an intensive rehabilitation course by a Georgia court last month, has left the Caribbean clinic after completing a four-week
treatment programme.
The 40-year-old singer has now been transferred from Antigua's Crossroads centre to closer her Atlanta home to continue her recovery, reports Femalefirst.
Houston, who is married to singer Bobby Brown and admitted to alcohol and drug addiction, has endured a turbulent private life over the past decade that has often
over-shadowed her award-winning music career.
In a brief statement, her spokeswoman, Nancy Seltzer confirmed that her client was seeking medical treatment - but gave no further details about her condition.
Houston has been working on her seventh studio album.
