Paris Hilton says she has plans for marriage because new beau Paris Latsis is the man she's intent on spending the rest of her life with.

The hotel heiress Hilton and shipping magnate Latsis - the 54th richest man in the world - have been dating since the beginning of 2005 and Hilton is convinced he's her "Mr Right".

"We'll definitely get married in the future. I'm young, but I love him and he's the guy I want to spend the rest of my life with," she was quoted by Ireland Online as saying.

But Latsis will need to get used to the limelight if he has to become his namesake's husband. "He's low-key. He doesn't like cameras," Hilton revealed.
