Cate Blanchett, who lost her father at the tender age of 10, reportedly developed a kissing-obsession because she blamed herself for not kissing him when he left home on the morning of his fatal heart attack.

"I was playing the piano, and he waved goodbye, and I didn't kiss him goodbye," Femalefirst quoted the Oscar-winning actress, 35, as saying.

"And so I'd had this obsessional thing for about five years after he died where I had to kiss everybody in the family goodbye, even if I was just walking down to get a pint of milk, just in case something happened.
