Fans of Mariah Carey's saucy outfits could be in for a disappointment - sources close to the singer say she is hoping to get a chic makeover by the Vogue magazine.

According to Carey's publicist, Marvet Britto, the pop diva was introduced to Vogue's editor Andre Leon Talley in the hope that he would mend her fractious reputation with the fashion houses, reports Ireland Online.

"No one wanted to lend clothes to her because when she wore them the clothes would be different - shorter or not worn right," she said.
