Veteran rocker Rod Stewart is reportedly set to be a father for the seventh time at the age of 60.

Stewart's photographer fiancée Penny Lancaster is pregnant with her first child, reports Ireland Online.

The former Faces singer had proposed to Lancaster in March after a five-year relationship, even as his divorce from estranged second wife, supermodel Rachel Hunter, is yet to be finalised.

After their engagement, Lancaster, 34, had said: "Rod and I are definitely planning on having children. I love my work, but I just want to be with him, and have a baby."

Stewart has six children already from previous relationships and marriages, including Sarah, 41, Kimberly, 25, Sean, 24, Ruby, 17, Renee, 12 and Liam, 10.

Lancaster has reportedly banned the subject of children from all interviews and at a recent photo shoot, stylists were advised to prepare more "versatile" clothes, instead of the beauty's trademark skimpy ensembles.
