Julia Roberts has made up with her mother - speaking to her for the first time in six months.
The Hollywood beauty ended the rift after Betty, 70, needed life-saving surgery to remove her spleen, reports
celebrity portal Femalefirst.
Britain's Daily Star newspaper said Julia reportedly phoned her mother to say: "We should never have fought
the way we did."
Betty is said to be "thrilled" to have made up with her actress daughter.
Julia allegedly stopped speaking to her mother after her half-sister took pictures of her twin babies without
permission. The Oscar winner's twins - Hazel and Phinneaus - were born in November last year after she
underwent fertility treatment.
