Hollywood action star Vin Diesel has denied reports of ever dating Nicole Kidman.

The "Triple X" hero claims he just enjoyed an innocent chat about the classic musical "Guys and Dolls" rather than talk dirty with the Hollywood beauty over dinner in a restaurant, reports celebrity portal FemaleFirst.

Deisel said: "I have a laugh at the women I get linked with. When I had dinner with Nicole Kidman, it was a perfect opportunity for the press to take a picture.

"But there was no truth to a romance at all. We weren't talking about sex, we were talking about 'Guys And Dolls'."
