While the King of Pop was battling for his freedom, a Jackson family representative was apparently floating around the idea for a reality show depicting how the family stood behind singer Michael Jackson through the lengthy child molestation trial.
According to hollywoodreporter.com, this was being done while the jury was still deliberating in the case.
But a host of TV channels, including FOX, A&E Networks, ABC and CBS, snubbed the idea.
But CNN invited Michael Jackson's brother Jermaine Jackson who said that Michael is "at peace".
When pressed further on his comment that Michael was "sort of not eating", Jermaine added his brother "was eating sandwiches and things like that but it was just very tough".
