Jennifer Aniston has denied reports that she and Vince Vaughn, her co-star from "The Break up", are romantically involved.

According to the New York Post, Aniston's representative told them: "There is no romantic interest. Vince is a good friend of Jennifer's. I think the tabloids are so eager to see her with someone romantically that they just make these false assumptions.

"I don't know if there are pictures that show them hugging but... she hugs everybody all the time."

The speculation of the probable affair abounded when pictures were published showing Aniston and Vaughn holding each other, suggesting that they were more than friends.

Aniston recently split from Brad Pitt after he was rumoured to be romantically involved with his "Mr And Mrs Smith" co-star Angelina Jolie.
