The former couple Brad Pitt and Gwyneth Paltrow had an unplanned reunion of sorts when they bumped into each other backstage at the Live 8 concert.

Gwyneth Paltrow was at the concert to support her husband Chris Martin the lead singer of the rock band Coldplay and Pitt was there as a presenter. According to onlookers, the meeting was very amicable and Paltrow told Pitt that she's the happiest person she has ever been.

The sun reports "Brad hugged her (Gwyneth) and kissed her on the cheek, was no sign of bad blood. She introduced him to daughter Apple and they chatted for a while."

Pitt has been in the news recently for separating from his wife Jennifer Aniston and starting a relationship with the beautiful Angelina Jolie.
