Mariah Carey shocked fans during a TV show in Germany when she gave them more than an eyeful when her dress fell apart.

The Internet Movie Database reports that she was saved further embarrassment when the cameras cut the lights to allow time for Carey to put her clothes back on.

But Carey seemed to take all this in good stride and she commented, "Someone bring me a jacket or the show's off, we all know how quickly these images can spread around the world".

After this she dashed backstage in the dark and put her clothes back on reappearing calm and continued with the show.
