Model-actress Jenny McCarthy has ditched her dieting regime for Christmas. The 41-year-old says her weight often fluctuates by 20 pounds at this festive time of the year. She also believes that her love of water makes her heavier.

"I take this time to thoroughly enjoy it during the holidays. I am kind of part of the collective thinking when it comes to just surrendering to the not so great foods," she told radaronline.com.

"I drink a lot of water! When you have a lot of water it kind of tends to go everywhere. Like a little bit in your neck and a lot in your b**bs and your arms...to me it is more evenly spread out I think," she said.

The former Playboy model is looking forward to celebrating Christmas with her son, Evan, nine, whose father is her ex-husband John Mallory Asher, and her boyfriend, Donnie Wahlberg, whom she began dating in July.
