Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie will be back together for the TV show "The Simple Life" despite rumours that that may not happen because of a tiff.

A spokesman for FOX Entertainment said he didn't think Hilton and Richie had completely ironed out their differences but that that didn't matter, according to People magazine.

The spokesman said: "Both have been picked up, both will be ready for work, and we'll work it out."

The chemistry between Hilton and Richie worked fine for the show's first three outings until a public falling-out between the onetime close pals led Hilton to issue a statement that she and Richie were "no longer friends". The quarrel had put the future of the popular reality show in jeopardy.
