Jennifer Aniston credits her "serious therapy sessions" for saving her from thinking of herself as a victim after separating from Brad Pitt.

According to Internet Movie Database, Aniston has learned to accept part of the blame for the breakdown of her marriage with Pitt. The actress admitted that she was angry, hurt and embarrassed when she first saw pictures of Pitt and Angelina Jolie together, but thinks they might have been together even before.

Her counselling sessions have supposedly helped her realise that she has to take part of the blame. She says, "I've worked with this therapist for a long time, and her focus is that you get one day of being a victim - and that's it. Relationships are two people - everyone is accountable."
