Actress Mimi Rogers, the former wife of Tom Cruise, says she split from her husband because he refused to have sex and wanted to become a monk.

According to Hollywood.com, Rogers, who was married to Cruise in the 1980s ended up getting a divorce in 1990 when he didn't desire to have sex anymore.

She says, "He was seriously thinking of becoming a monk. He thought he had to be celibate to maintain the purity of his instrument, but my instrument needed tuning, and we had to split."
