Actor Colin Farrell has succeed in getting a temporary restraining order extended against his former girlfriend Nicole Narian preventing her from distributing a scandalous sex tape they made together.

According to the Internet Movie Database, Farrell had filed a lawsuit against Narian accusing her of taking the video to the press even though they had both agreed not to show it to the public.

The Los Angeles Supreme Court judge has now extended the ban showing the tape to the public. In response to this, Narian's lawyer said the model had no intention of using the tape for profit and that only wanted to keep her half of the right to the controversial tape.
