Singer-turned-fashion designer Victoria Beckham will talk about her career at the New York Fashion Week, starting Thursday.

She will join Simon Collins, the Dean of fashion at Parsons The New School for Design, on stage after her show on Feb 9 as part of his 'In Conversation With' series, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

According to Women's Wear Daily website, Beckham will discuss how she established her brand as a reputable name in the industry. The former Spice girl made her debut as a designer in 2004, when she collaborated with denim label Rock and Republic. Two years later, she launched the denim line dVb style.

In 2008, she introduced the Victoria Beckham label.
