Rapper Eminem has cancelled the European part of his "Anger Management" tour on doctor's orders.
According to People magazine, Interscope Records released a brief statement saying, "Eminem is currently being treated for exhaustion, complicated by other medical
issues. The shows are not expected to be rescheduled."
The tour was set to kick off Sep 1 in the German city of Hamburg and finish off 10 concerts later in Dublin, Ireland. His publicist has not given any further information on
Eminem's condition and did not say if he was hospitalised or what other medical issues he has.
Eminem last month had denied reports claiming he was going to retire soon. But he did reveal that he might be taking a break from his career. He told MTV, "When I say I'm
taking a break, I'm taking a break from my music to go in the studio and produce my other artists and put their albums out. When I know my next move, I'll tell everyone my
next move."
