Rihanna is facing new plagiarism charges for her 2010 'S and M,' music video.
Rihanna has faced legal action from photographer Philipp Paulus for her pictures in the sensuous 'S and M,' music video.
The photographer asserted that scenes of the music video were very identical of his work titled as 'Paperworld', the New York Post reported.
Paulus claimed that his fashion series featured a woman held to the wall in plastic, taped with large 'X' marks, an image similar to one that appears in the video featuring the pop star.
According to reports, New York based Paulus has asked the singer to pay for the damages after he failed to settle the dispute out of court with the singer and Universal music.
The video could be banned from YouTube and television if Paulus wins the case in the court.
