Pop star Taylor swift has undertaken a road trip to California with her new BFF and Victoria Secret model Karlie Kloss.

It seems Swift has found herself a truly like-minded friend. The two have hit the open, the beaches and forests of Northern California, reports mirror.co.uk.

The two have collected a few snaps just to show how close they've become. The selfies taken on their California road trip look like "life's a beach for Swift and her new best friend Kloss", with Taylor labelling the small vacation on her Instagram as the "best road trip ever".

The trip seems to have been the perfect thing to cheer up Taylor after an awkward encounter with her ex, Harry Styles, at Harvey Weinstein's Oscar Bash.
