National Football League (NFL) has added more than $15 million to its claim against singer-rapper M.I.A., demanding $16.6 million for 'restitution'.
For the past two years, the sports behemoth has been chasing the British artiste of Sri Lankan origin for not only flipping the world the bird but also mouthing "I don't give a s**t" during her guest appearance in Madonna's Super Bowl XLVI show.
The case is yet to find a sustainable closure and has been dragging court dates.
When asked for her reaction, M.I.A. explained how the reputation for Super Bowl wasn't created by her but was built by music legends like Michael Jackson who "repeatedly grabbed or fondled his genitalia" during his now legendary 1993 performance.
