Sandra Bullock is hoping to star as Brownie Wise, the sales exec responsible for the rise of Tupperware, it has been revealed.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the untitled period drama will be helmed by 'The Help' director Tate Taylor and produced by David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman of Mandeville Films/TV.
Though Taylor, who has also written the script based on Bob Kealing's non-fiction book 'Tupperware Unsealed', has met and discussed the project with the 49-year-old actress, she isn't yet formally attached to the project.
Tupperware, initially developed by Earl Silas Tupper, had found success in the 1950's after Wise came up with the idea of having Tupperware parties. However in 1958, Tupper pushed her out and tried his best to remove her from the company records.
