American country singer Miranda Lambert would love to duet with pop star Beyonce Knowles, but is too intimidated to ask her.

The `Automatic` hitmaker is a huge fan of Beyonce but admits she would be too nervous to ask the singer to go into the recording studio with her, reports contactmusic.com.

Asked who she would like to collaborate with, she said: "Kelly Clarkson is a friend of mine. And I'm a huge Beyonce fan, but I would never dare tread that water because I'd be too nervous."
