Kate Hudson praises exercise DVDs for allowing her to workout amid her busy lifestyle

Kate Hudson rocks her slender physique in an array of gorgeous outfits, along with sporty ensembles from her own range of activewear. And to keep herself in tip-top condition - even while jet-setting across the globe - Kate turns to activities on discs. Besides, regular gymming is out of question.
