Director Clint Eastwood is reportedly dating an employee of his Mission Ranch Hotel in Carmel, California, US.

The `Dirty Harry` star split from his TV news anchor wife Dina Eastwood last year, and he is said to have moved on to a woman named Christina Sandera, reports contactmusic.com.

The 84-year-old and Sandera, a hostess, were photographed shopping together at a supermarket here earlier this month. According to an insider, they have been dating for a while.

"Clint's kids have all met Christina and like her,` a source told Us Weekly.

The movie star's estranged wife Dina filed for divorce in October after 17 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
