Singer Lily Allen has ended her partnership with her manager Todd Interland and is looking for the right person to help guide her career.
Allen has parted ways with her long-time aide who has looked after her music career since her debut in 2006, reports contactmusic.com.
This comes after Allen slammed her record label for making her release "rubbish", light-hearted pop songs like `Air Balloon` from her comeback album `Sheezus` over commercially less viable tracks like `Hard Out Here`.
"Lily guides her career herself a lot but will need someone new to work with her. Todd had been with her for a long time, so it was a blow to lose him,` a source told The Sun newspaper.
"She's looking around at the moment for the right person to help her make the correct decisions with her music,` the source added.
