Actor George Clooney and his fiancee Amal Alamuddin, known to be one of the most private celebrity couples, engaged in a rare PDA (public display of affection) at a red carpet event in Italy.

The stylish couple, who are set to wed in Italy any day now, attended a Celebrity Fight Night at the Palazzo Vecchio Sunday, reports mirror.co.uk.

The duo held hands on the red carpet and were seen laughing away at the speeches throughout the night and enjoying wine.

In one photograph, Alamuddin is seen laughing at Clooney, who looks down at the table bashfully and titters to himself.
