Actress-model Kelly Brook has reportedly started texting her ex-boyfriend Thom Evans after a nasty breakup with David McIntosh.

Brook and Evans ended their two-year relationship in January last year. Evans is now rumoured to be dating Iveta Lukosiute, his dance partner from his TV show `Strictly Come Dancing`.

According to a report in The Sun newspaper, Brook, who is in the US for her show, is rooting for her former beau on the dancing show, reports dailymail.co.uk.

`Kelly has been texting Thom to show she's backing him on Strictly (and to) congratulate him on his dancing,` a source said.

`She's been keeping up to date with the show even though she's been in the States. She's always been close to Thom but stayed clear when she was with David,` the source added.

Brook broke up with McIntosh last month amid claims that he cheated on her with his former flame Sarah Harper.
