Supermodel Tyra Banks has put her two-bedroom apartment on the market for a whopping $3.8 million.
"The Next Top Model" hostess is hoping to make a cool $1.7 million profit on her Nolita home in New York City after she gave $2.1 million for it back in 2005.
Banks's representative told the New York Daily News that the model loved the apartment, but she simply wasn't able to spend any time there with her current work schedule.
Those keen to purchase the property will experience a picturesque panoramic view of Lower Manhattan. An open kitchen and a study come along with a huge amount of natural light as well as Brazilian mahogany wood floors.
