The winners of The Great Indian Laughter Challenge seem to be laughing all the way to the bank now.
They are cast together in a remake version of 70's comic thriller movie ‘Bombay To Goa'.
The film will be directed by Raj Tendulkar, assistant director of The Great Indian Laughter Challenge. He
has roped in winner Sunil Pal and other finalists of the show, Naveen Prabhakar, Ahsaan Qureshi and
Deepak Raja.
Pal said, "It is a very pleasant coincidence that we all are acting in the same film. People have
witnessed our chemistry on television; now let's hope it works as well on the big screen."
When asked that how is acting different from performing stand-up comedy Pal said, "although both these
arts are very different, I am confident that I will be able to act too. I have not attended any acting school,
I am learning on the job."
Pal has already started shooting for the film. The title and the storyline of the film will remain the same,
but the incidents are different. The idea is to make a fun film. The film also stars Vijay Raaz, Tinnu
Anand and Rakhi Sawant.
