Post Veer Zaara, everyone thought Yash Chopra has hung his boots. Along came the Kabhie Kabhi remake news and actors started putting their CV in order once again to charm the prolific director. But now we hear that Yash Chopra has strongly denied all these rumours.

"Veer-Zaara came seven years after Dil To Pagal Hai just because I couldn't find the right script. Now I'm going to start another film but I'd like to clarify that I am not re-making Kabhi Kabhie. I don't know who started this rumour. I'd rather make a film based on a new idea," says Chopra.

Kabhi Kabhie or No Kabhi Kabhie, one thing is for sure, the film will star Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan in the lead roles and all the songs will be by legendary Lata Mangeshkar.
