Calling the death of Shikha Joshi 'sad and painful', "BA Pass" director Ajay Bahl and the movie's lead star Shilpa Shukla condoled her demise.

Joshi, who featured in a small role in the 2013 film, was found dead at her rented apartment in Versova yesterday. She had allegedly committed suicide.

"RIP Shikha sad to see you leave like this, but you rest in a better world I am sure. God bless you," Bahl posted on twitter.

Shukla echoed her director's sentiments and said she can't get over the fact that Shikha chose to commit suicide.

"Shikha Joshi: Remember we danced our hearts out at BA pass release party. She loved us a lot. So saddened by her death. God bless her. Still can't get over with Shikha Joshi's choice to kill life. Painful," Shukla tweeted.
