Bipasha Bashu is back in Mumbai after her Dhooms 2 shedule in Brazil and looking very befuddled. No her trip was just fine apart from the mild throat infection she got there.

Actually, it is Raj Kanwar's latest film Humko Deewana Kar Gaye promotional material, which is making her bit annoyed. In an Akshay-Katrina starrer, she is being projected as a second leading lady - the charge she vehementaly refutes.

"I signed HDKG a long time back during my Barsaat days. The film was narrated to me as a love story with two leads and two special appearances. I am the female special appearance. We had mutually agreed that I wouldn't feature anywhere in the publicity or promos because it's not a triangular love story and I have a tiny role."

But ask Bips what is wrong with some additional publicty and she argues, "They used my photos without my knowledge and consent. I never shot for a single publicty still with them. Obviously they have got it from another film of mine."
