Shahid Kapoor and his childhood friend, choreographer-filmmaker Ahmed Khan, are not on talking terms. Ahmed calls it a family issue.

The actor is pissed off with Ahmed because he won't be able to attend his wedding due to his work commitments. "Shahid is so upset that he refused to even talk to me at a recent awards function," says Ahmed, adding, "I told him (tongue-in-cheek), 'I have been part of all your relationships, please excuse me from your wedding. We will celebrate here when you are back from Greece'. But he's really angry with me."
