Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt is looking forward to his upcoming project 'Tathastu'. After the success of 'Dus', filmmaker Anubhav Sinha's upcoming project 'Tathastu' brings together Sanjay Dutt, producer Nitin Manmohan along with Amisha Patel and Jaya Prada in the lead roles.

The film is about a father's struggle to fight against the immunity and numbness of the society towards the injustice done to his child.

Sanjay Dutt has already played a role on similar lines a few years for Mahesh Manjrekar's 'Pitaah'.

Talking about the movie, he said: "It's a very intense film. The movie deals with the relationship of a father and his son. It's a story of a lower middle class family and the movie unfolds sequences about what a father does for his child".

Yesteryear actress Jaya Prada has been off the screen for a long time now. But, the actress has made a comeback in 'Tathastu'.

Talking about the experience of working with Jaya Prada, Sanjay said: "Jaya is a very good actress. We had earlier worked together as lead actors in two movies and I am glad that we are working together again".

On the movie, Anubhav said, "'Tathastu' is a story of a common man who gets stuck under circumstances where it becomes difficult for him to sort out his own problems. But manages to solve other people's problems and becomes God for them".

The film was completed in a record span of less than a month and is slated for release on April 21.
