UTV's cash register is jingling constantly. After the success of "Rang De Basanti" and "Taxi No. 9211",
collections of "Humko Deewana Kar Gaye" in Britain have been more than satisfactory for the
distributors.
The opening day collection notched a staggering 50,000 pounds in addition to the select previews on
Thursday, which garnered 16,000 pounds.
The trade is pegging its entire Easter weekend gross to be in the range of 180,000-200,000 pounds. This
would be among the highest ever openings for a solo Akshay Kumar-starrer in Britain.
